AV System Details
- Video: Users can share content wirelessly via Yealink pucks or use hardwired HDMI inputs at the tables. The Ntouch2 panel enables flexible routing of content to any of the three displays.
- Audio: Audio from HDMI sources is distributed through eight ceiling-mounted Biamp CIC6 speakers. Four flush-mounted Biamp microphones capture voice input and feed into the AV system.
- Control System: The mTouchII panel provides an intuitive interface to route sources to displays and control volume or display modes.
- Networking: All AV equipment is connected via the Atlona local AV network and resides on the AV VLAN with managed switching for content reliability.
User Instructions
Getting Started:
- Use the mTouchII panel to power on the displays.
- Choose your source input (WPP30 or HDMI).
- Route content to one or more displays using the on-screen routing interface.
Advanced Usage:
- Connect VR devices to designated inputs for immersive applications.
- Use drag-and-drop source selection to dynamically assign inputs to screens.
Room Etiquette:
