  • Main Components:
    • Three 86-inch interactive touch displays
    • Two VR headset input connections
    • Two Yealink WPP30 pucks
    • mTouchII touch control panel
    • Eight Biamp CIC6 ceiling speakers

AV System Details

  • Video: Users can share content wirelessly via Yealink pucks or use hardwired HDMI inputs at the tables. The Ntouch2 panel enables flexible routing of content to any of the three displays.
  • Audio: Audio from HDMI sources is distributed through eight ceiling-mounted Biamp CIC6 speakers. Four flush-mounted Biamp microphones capture voice input and feed into the AV system.
  • Control System: The mTouchII panel provides an intuitive interface to route sources to displays and control volume or display modes.
  • Networking: All AV equipment is connected via the Atlona local AV network and resides on the AV VLAN with managed switching for content reliability.

User Instructions

  • Getting Started:

    1. Use the mTouchII panel to power on the displays.
    2. Choose your source input (WPP30 or HDMI).
    3. Route content to one or more displays using the on-screen routing interface.
  • Advanced Usage:

    • Connect VR devices to designated inputs for immersive applications.
    • Use drag-and-drop source selection to dynamically assign inputs to screens.
  • Room Etiquette:

    • Do not unplug or relocate AV components.
    • Return WPP30 pucks to designated holders.
    • Wipe displays and table connections after use.

Troubleshooting

  • Common Issues & Fixes:
    • No Image on Screen: Check if the correct input is selected on the mTouch II panel.
    • No Audio Output: Ensure HDMI audio is selected as the output source on the user device.

Maintenance & Support

  • Cleaning & Care:

    • Use a dry microfiber cloth on displays and control panels.
    • Keep VR input ports free from dust and debris.
  • Routine Checks:

    • Test routing on all three displays.
    • Ensure HDMI and WPP30 inputs are responsive.
    • Confirm microphones and speakers are active in routine use.
    • Run periodic firmware updates for mTouchII and Atlona gear.
